Способ бескоксовой переработки ванадийсодержащего рудного сырья с получением легированной ванадием стали, включающий загрузку ванадийсодержащего рудного сырья, например, окатышей в шахтную печь, металлизацию их с последующей плавкой последних в дуговой электропечи, отличающийся тем, что для процесса восстановления ванадийсодержащего рудного сырья, например, окатышей в шахтной печи используют горячие восстановительные газы, в температурой газа 850 - 1050oС, расходом газа 2000 - 2700 м3/т окатышей, получаемые в газификаторе с жидкой ванной при газификации угля и углеродосодержащих материалов, а ванадийсодержащий полупродукт и шлак, получаемые так же в газификаторе, используют в качестве дополнительной металлошихты для процесса плавки.1.
