Claims (12)

1. A detergent and conditioning composition, characterized in that it contains, in a cosmetically acceptable medium, (A) a detergent base containing at least one anionic surfactant of an alkyl ether sulfate type and (B) an conditioning system containing at least one insoluble non-amino silicone and at least one cationic polymer selected from homopolymers containing, as the main components of the chain, units corresponding to the formula (I) and / or (I '):

where k and t are 0 or 1, the sum of k + t is 1; R ₃ represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl radical; R ₁ and R ₂ , independently of one another, denote an alkyl group having 1 to 22 carbon atoms, a hydroxyalkyl group in which the alkyl group preferably has 1-5 carbon atoms, a lower (1-5 carbon atoms) amidoalkyl group, or R ₁ and R ₂ may denote, together with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached, heterocyclic groups such as piperidyl or morpholinyl; Y ^{is an} anion such as bromide, chloride, acetate, borate, citrate, tartrate, bisulfate, bisulfite, sulfate or phosphate.  2. The composition according to the preceding paragraph, characterized in that the anionic surfactants of the alkyl ether sulfate type are salts of alkyl ether sulfates, alkyl amide ether sulfates, alkyl aryl ether sulfates or alkyl ether sulfosuccinates, wherein the alkyl or acyl radical of all these various atoms preferably contains from 8 to 24 aryl radicals denotes a phenyl or benzyl group. 3. The composition according to any one of paragraphs. 1-5, characterized in that the insoluble non-amino silicones are selected from polyorganosiloxanes in the form of oils, waxes, resins or rubbers.  7. The composition according to any one of the preceding paragraphs, characterized in that said detergent base is present in a mass content of between 2 and 50% with respect to the total weight of the composition, preferably between 10 and 35% by weight and more preferably between 12 and 25% by weight .  8. The composition according to any one of the preceding paragraphs, characterized in that said anionic surfactant (s) are present in a proportion of 1-50% by weight, preferably 5-20% by weight relative to the total weight of the composition.  9. The composition according to any one of the preceding paragraphs, characterized in that said cationic polymer is present in a mass content of between 0.001 and 10% with respect to the total weight of the composition, preferably between 0.005 and 5% by weight, and more preferably between 0.01 and 3% by weight.  10. The composition according to any one of the preceding paragraphs, characterized in that the said insoluble non-amino silicone is present in a mass content of between 0.05 and 10% with respect to the total weight of the composition, preferably between 0.1 and 5% by weight.  11. The use of the composition as defined in any of the preceding paragraphs. for cleaning and / or conditioning keratin substances.  12. A method of washing and conditioning keratin substances such as hair, which consists in applying an effective amount of the composition, as defined in any one of paragraphs. 1-10, to these wet substances and then rinsing with water, after optionally the composition remains on keratin substances for a while.
