Комплектная лотерея, в процессе проведения которой ее исполнители производят объявление о порядке и условиях лотереи, реализацию билетов одного или разных номиналов стоимости, тираж в один или несколько туров и выдачу призов владельцам тех билетов, на которые пал выигрыш, отличающаяся тем, что в реализацию включают один или несколько идентичных по структуре пакетов с соответствующим номиналом билетов в данных пакетах, каждый из которых состоит из ряда равноценных групп билетов - m, разнящихся между собой одно либо многоразрядными комбинационными отличительными признаками, одноименными внутри любой группы, в каждой из которых по условию лотереи содержится определенная часть билетов с дополнительным индексом Д, равная для всех названных групп, при этом любой из пакетов распадается также на известное число одинаковых по структуре комплектов, каждый из которых состоит из полного набора разных по отличительным признакам лотерейных билетов - m, снабженных, кроме прочего формулой лотереи, сведением о ее охранном документе и сроками проведения тиражей и выдачи призов; в тираже одновременно для каждого пакета по указанным признакам с помощью жребия определяют очередность и количество выигрышных групп билетов n, из которых четному, заданному в 2N числу первоочередных групп в части билетов с индексом Д, предоставляют розыгрыш их призов или долей призов в дополнительных турах с выбыванием половины участвующих в каждом из них - проигравших, или - единовременно по ходу жребия и условленной половине в первом же туре; выдачу призов осуществляют в объявленные сроки, при которой стоимость каждого билета, выигравшего в первом туре, не участвующего в последующих, увеличивают в заданное число раз К, выигравшего во всех дополнительных турах - в К•(I+q)N, проигравшего в любом их них (при розыгрыше долей призов) - в соответствующее число раз, где q - 1 для целых призов; 0,5 - для их половин; а сведения о количестве выигрышных билетов n из комплекта, значении коэффициента К и числе дополнительных туров N, т.е. формулу комплектной лотереи, помещают в объявление о ее проведении.A complete lottery, in the process of which its performers make an announcement on the procedure and conditions of the lottery, sell tickets of one or different face values, draw in one or several rounds and give out prizes to the owners of those tickets that won, characterized in that the sales include one or several packages identical in structure with the corresponding denomination of tickets in these packages, each of which consists of a number of equivalent groups of tickets - m, differing from each other in one or multi-digit packages characteristic distinguishing features of the same name within any group, each of which, according to the lottery condition, contains a certain part of tickets with an additional index D, which is equal for all the above groups, while any of the packages also breaks down into a known number of identical sets in structure, each of which consists of from a complete set of lottery tickets different in their hallmarks - m, equipped with, among other things, the lottery formula, information on its security document and the timing of the draws and prize distribution; in the drawing simultaneously for each package according to the indicated signs, the sequence and number of winning ticket groups n are determined by lot, of which an even, given in 2 N number of priority groups in terms of tickets with index D, is given a prize draw or prize shares in additional rounds with elimination of half of the losers participating in each of them, or - at the same time along the lot and the agreed half in the first round; Prizes are awarded on the announced dates, at which the cost of each ticket that won in the first round, does not participate in subsequent rounds, is increased by a predetermined number of times K, won in all additional rounds - in K • (I + q) N , who lost in any of them them (when drawing prize shares) - in the corresponding number of times, where q - 1 for whole prizes; 0.5 - for their halves; and information about the number of winning tickets n from the set, the value of the coefficient K and the number of additional tours N, i.e. the formula of the complete lottery is placed in the announcement of its conduct.
