Способ внутренней противокоррозионной защиты сварного соединения труб с внутренним защитным покрытием, включающий формирование защитного бандажного пояса на сварном шве и прилегающих к нему участках покрытия, подвергнутых очистке, нанесением устойчивого к агрессивным средам герметизирующего состава с последующим его отверждением в процессе нагрева, отличающийся тем, что формирование защитного бандажного пояса осуществляют путем прижатия к внутренней поверхности трубы пластыря из агрессивностойкого материала, предварительно пропитанного герметизирующим составом, причем установку пластыря осуществляют с перекрытием зоны термического влияния процесса сварки на покрытие трубы.1.
