Claims (1)

Способ производства ферросплавов, включающий подготовку шихты, завалку шихтовых материалов, плавление, выпуск и разливку, отличающийся тем, что подготовку шихты ведут раздельно, а именно, из металлической части, в том числе извлекаемого металла и из оксидной части извлекаемого металла в смеси с восстановителем в стехиометрически необходимом количестве для полного восстановления металла из оксидной части шихты, при этом доля оксидно-восстановительной части составляет 50 - 70% от общей массы шихты, а завалку оксидно-восстановительной части на расплав металлической части осуществляют порциями в количестве 20 - 25% от ее массовой доли в шихте, при чем каждая последующая порция подается на расплав после завершения процесса восстановления извлекаемого металла в предыдущей порции и удаления образующегося шлака из плавильной печи.A method for the production of ferroalloys, including the preparation of the charge, filling the charge materials, melting, production and casting, characterized in that the preparation of the mixture is carried out separately, namely, from the metal part, including the recoverable metal and from the oxide part of the recoverable metal mixed with a reducing agent in the stoichiometrically necessary amount for the complete reduction of the metal from the oxide part of the charge, while the proportion of the oxide-reduction part is 50 - 70% of the total mass of the charge, and the filling of the oxide-reduction part 20–25% of its mass fraction in the charge is carried out in portions to melt the metal part, with each subsequent portion being fed to the melt after completion of the recovery process of the extracted metal in the previous portion and removal of the resulting slag from the smelting furnace.
