Claims (1)

Способ ингибирования коррозии и отложений в водооборотных системах с использованием в качестве ингибиторов фосфатов металлов, оксиэтилидендифосфоновой кислоты и солей цинка, отличающийся тем, что в качестве ингибирующей композиции используют триполифосфат натрия, оксиэтилидендифосфоновую кислоту, сульфат цинка и полиэтиленгликоль ПЭГ-300 в следующих концентрациях и последовательности обработки:
на 1-ом этапе продолжительностью 1 сутки в оборотную систему в расчете на весь объем воды вводят триполифосфат натрия 90-100 мг/л в расчете на P2O5; сульфат цинка 0,9-1,2 мг/л в расчете на Zn2+; оксиэтилидендифосфоновую кислоту в количестве 0,4-0,5 мг/л; полиэтиленгликоль ПЭГ-300 в количестве 7,5-10 мг/л;
на втором этапе продолжительностью 16 суток в подпиточную воду подают сульфат цинка 0,15-0,2 мг/л в расчете на Zn2+; оксиэтилидендифосфоновую кислоту 0,07-0,1 мг/л; полиэтиленгликоль ПЭГ-300 в количестве 1,2-1,7 мг/л;
на третьем этапе после 17 суток с начала опыта в подпиточную воду подают триполифосфат натрия 25-30 мг/л в расчете на P2O5; сульфат цинка 0,15-0,2 мг/л в расчете на Zn2+; оксиэтилидендифосфоновую кислоту в количестве 0,07-0,1 мг/л; полиэтиленгликоль ПЭГ-300 в количестве 1,2-1,7 мг/л.

at the 1st stage lasting 1 day, sodium tripolyphosphate of 90-100 mg / l per P 2 O 5 is introduced into the circulating system calculated for the entire volume of water; zinc sulfate 0.9-1.2 mg / l in the calculation of Zn 2+ ; hydroxyethylenediphosphonic acid in the amount of 0.4-0.5 mg / l; polyethylene glycol PEG-300 in the amount of 7.5-10 mg / l;
in the second stage with a duration of 16 days, zinc sulfate of 0.15-0.2 mg / l in terms of Zn 2+ is fed into the make-up water; hydroxyethylidene diphosphonic acid 0.07-0.1 mg / l; polyethylene glycol PEG-300 in the amount of 1.2-1.7 mg / l;
in the third stage, after 17 days from the beginning of the experiment, sodium tripolyphosphate of 25-30 mg / l in terms of P 2 O 5 is fed into the make-up water; zinc sulfate 0.15-0.2 mg / l, calculated on Zn 2+ ; hydroxyethylenediphosphonic acid in an amount of 0.07-0.1 mg / l; polyethylene glycol PEG-300 in the amount of 1.2-1.7 mg / l.
