Способ лечения костных кист и устройство для его осуществления, включающий фиксацию пораженного сегмента чрескостным аппаратом, формирование на здоровом участке кости трансплантата и дозированное его перемещение в зону поражения с использованием спицы с опорной площадкой, фиксируемой к внешним опорам чрескостного аппарата, отличающийся тем, что формируют костно-мышечный остроконечный лоскут, вершиной направленный к патологическому очагу и проводят его через патологический очаг с одновременной ротацией вокруг его продольной оси.1.
