Wastes are preliminarily compacted by pressing into briquettes of various density at different pressing forces. Difference of densities of wastes in height of capsule is attained by introduction into dispersed metal wastes of lumpy metal scrap, and also by layer arrangement in height of capsule of different fractions of metal wastes after their screening. Processing is carried out of wastes of one metal and of different metals. EFFECT: higher efficiency of metal wastes processing.

Изобретение относится к технике переработки дисперсных металлоотходов, стружки, тонкой проволоки. Известный способ переработки металлоотходов заключается в их спекании и переплаве в капсуле в оболочке зернистого сыпучего материала. Цель изобретения - повышение эффективности переработки металлоотходов. Новым в способе является то, что по высоте капсулы создают перепад температур ниже и выше температуры плавления металлов, причем при загрузке металлоотходов обеспечивают возрастание их плотности снизу вверх по высоте капсулы, а в зернистый материал дополнительно вводят графит. Кроме того, уплотнение отходов осуществляют их предварительным прессованием в брикеты различной плотности при различных усилиях прессования. Кроме того, перепад плотностей отходов по высоте капсулы достигают вводом в дисперсные металлоотходы кускового металлолома, а также послойным размещением по высоте капсулы различных фракций металлоотходов после их рассева. Кроме того, переработку отходов ведут из одного и того же металла и из отходов различных металлов.
