Abstract

FIELD: valving. SUBSTANCE: heat safety valve is mounted on metal members of the composite shell of a vessel between the inner space of the shell and tubular portion of the valve and has a passageway for relief of pressure, expanding space connected with the inners space of the vessel through opening with sharpened edges and with tubular portion through the second opening so that the pressure relief passageway enters the space. The end of the tubular portion received in the expanding space is sharpened to form a semi-cone separated by a space passing through the top of this cone. The tubular portion of the valve is an individual member and its sharpened end can move inside the expanding space with respect to the edges of the opening that connects this space with the inner space of the vessel. EFFECT: enhanced reliability.

Заявляемое изобретение относится к области предохранительных устройств для сосудов, работающих под давлением, а более конкретно - к устройствам для сброса давления из композитного сосуда, герметизированного полимерным (например, резиновым) лейнером, при повышении температуры окружающей среды выше температуры деградации материала силовой оболочки сосуда, например при пожаре. Технический результат, который может быть получен при осуществлении изобретения, заключается в обеспечении разрушения оболочки полимерного лейнера на локальном участке, прилегающем к каналу сброса давления, одновременно с расплавлением материала-заполнителя канала сброса давления. В заявляемом устройстве, устанавливаемом на металлические элементы композитной оболочки сосуда, между внутренним объемом оболочки и трубчатой частью клапана, содержащей канал сброса давления, устроена расширительная полость, соединенная с внутренним объемом сосуда отверстием с заостренными кромками, а вторым отверстием - с трубчатой частью так, что канал сброса давления выходит в эту полость. При этом конец трубчатой части, помещенный в расширительную полость, заострен в виде полуконуса, отделенного плоскостью, проходящей через вершину этого конуса. In the inventive device mounted on the metal elements of the composite shell of the vessel, between the inner volume of the shell and the tubular part of the valve containing the pressure relief channel, there is an expansion cavity connected to the inner volume of the vessel with a hole with sharp edges, and the second hole with the tubular part so that a pressure relief channel exits into this cavity. At the same time, the end of the tubular part, placed in the expansion cavity, is pointed in the form of a half-cone, separated by a plane passing through the top of this cone. The tubular part of the valve is made as a separate element with the possibility of moving its pointed end inside the expansion cavity relative to the edges of the hole connecting this cavity with the internal volume of the vessel.
