Abstract

FIELD: devices for mixing and mechanical activation of raw material mixtures; manufacture of building and other materials. SUBSTANCE: rod-type mixer has fixed housing with inlet and outlet branch pipes for materials being processed; rotor inside which metal rods are arranged rotates in supports inside housing. Rotor consists of end shafts and radial blades connected crosswise; radial blades form several working chambers together with housing. Rods are located in chambers in equal portions over entire length of chambers. Motion of rods over planes of blades and housing is accomplished due to pushing them by blades, as well as under action of centrifugal and gravitational forces. Rotor may be divided by one or several transverse partitions, thus increasing number of working chambers and consequently enhancing mixing or mechanical activation of mixture components. Housing and rotor are inclined at angle of 2 to 12 deg towards unloading; holes are provided in center portion of blades to enhance homogeneity of mixture. Housing is additionally provided with gas heat-transfer agent inlet and outlet branch pipes for preliminary drying and treatment of mixture. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.

Устройство отличается тем, что ротор состоит из концевых валов и соединенных крестообразно радиальных лопастей, образующих совместно с корпусом несколько рабочих камер. Стержни расположены в рабочих камерах равными частями по всей длине камер. Движение стержней по плоскостям лопастей и корпуса происходит в результате толкания их лопастями, действия центробежной силы и гравитации. Ротор смесителя может быть разделен одной или несколькими поперечными перегородками, что позволяет увеличить количество камер и степень смешения или механоактивации компонентов смеси. Предусмотрен наклон корпуса и ротора в сторону разгрузки под углом 2 - 12o, а также отверстия в средней части радиальных лопастей для улучшения гомогенности сырьевой смеси. В противоположных сторонах на корпусе дополнительно установлены входной и выходной патрубки для газового теплоносителя, что позволяет осуществлять подсушку и обработку сырьевой смеси одновременно.The invention relates to a device for mixing and mechanical activation of raw mixtures and can be used in the production of building and other materials. The housing and rotor are inclined towards the discharge side at an angle of 2 - 12 o , as well as holes in the middle of the radial blades to improve the homogeneity of the raw material mixture. In the opposite sides on the case, inlet and outlet pipes for a gas coolant are additionally installed, which allows drying and processing of the raw material mixture at the same time.
