Abstract

FIELD: manufacture of twisted products; applicable in designing and manufacture of devices for unwinding of long products from spools, reels, bobbins, etc. SUBSTANCE: braking device has strip with hole secured to carriage of spin-twist machine. Shaped lever is freely installed in strip hole. Long end of lever lies on layer of wire on reel. Short end of lever has thread between two nuts and carries end of spring. The other end of spring is attached to the end of brake band. Regulation of spring tension (force of wire tensioning) is effected by turning of pin on which the other end of brake band is secured. Fine adjustment of constant tension force of wire is performed by displacing the nuts on the thread of lever short end. EFFECT: higher economic effect due to reduced cost of manufacture of the braking device and improved reliability of adjustment of tensioning of brake band.

Изобретение относится к изготовлению витых изделий и может быть использовано при проектировании и изготовлении размоточных устройств для длинномерных изделий при размотке их со шпулей (катушек), бабин и т.д. Устройство содержит закрепленную на каретке прядевьющей машины планку с отверстием, в котором свободно установлен фигурно выполненный рычаг. Длинный конец рычага лежит на слое проволоки на катушке. На коротком конце рычага, имеющего резьбу, между двумя гайками закреплен конец пружины. Другой конец пружины закреплен на конце тормозной ленты. Регулирование натяжения пружины (усилия натяжения проволоки) производится поворотом пальца, на котором закреплен другой конец тормозной ленты. Точное регулирование постоянства усилия натяжения проволоки производится перемещением гаек по резьбе короткого конца рычага. Экономический эффект будет достигаться за счет снижения себестоимости изготовления устройства и надежности регулировки натяжения тормозной ленты.The invention relates to the manufacture of twisted products and can be used in the design and manufacture of unwinding devices for long products when unwinding them with a spool (coils), babin, etc. The device comprises a bar fixed on a carriage of a spinning machine with an opening in which a figuratively made lever is freely mounted. The economic effect will be achieved by reducing the cost of manufacturing the device and the reliability of adjusting the tension of the brake belt.
