Abstract

FIELD: mineral resources benefication, loose gold deposits gold-bearing sands separation by size and density for classes in particular. SUBSTANCE: machine allows to decrease cost and to increase effectiveness of benefication due to simplification of machine and combining of processes of simultaneous separation of initial material by fractions and density with dewatering of over screen material. Machine has body, mounted in body and filled with liquid tank with discharge hole, inside which there is hanging case with screen and vibrations exciter. After filling tank with water and switching electrical engine on initial material is fed to screen. As a result of screen vibration in water and outside it material after suspension is disintegrated, separated by density and classified by size. In the process stuck to loose material gold is washed away and gold large size fraction is settling on screen. Small particles of gold and barren rock are screened and settled in tank. Material benefication on screen continuously classifying is moving forward in direction of unloading. After coming out of water rock material is dewatered and unloaded. Screen beside its known function - separation of initial material by classes of size - fulfill functions of material separation by density and dewatering of over screen material, that causes combination of processes of initial material simultaneous separation by fractions and density with dewatering of over screen material, providing decrease of cost and increase of benefication effectiveness due to conveniences of operation and expansion of its usage field. Claims (1)

Изобретение относится к области обогащения полезных ископаемых, а именно к разделению золотосодержащих песков россыпных месторождений на классы по крупности и плотности. Изобретение позволяет снизить стоимость и повысить эффективность обогащения за счет упрощения машины и совмещения процессов одновременного разделения исходного материала по фракциям и плотности с обезвоживанием надрешетного материала. Машина состоит из корпуса, установленной в корпусе и заполненной жидкостью ванны со сливным отверстием, внутри которой подвешен подвижный короб с решетом, и возбудителя колебаний. После заполнения ванны водой и включения электродвигателя подают исходный материал на решето. В результате вибрации решета в воде и вне ее материал взвешиваясь дезинтегрируется, разделяется по плотности и классифицируется по крупности. При этом с сыпучего материала смывается прилипшее к нему золото, а крупное золото оседает на решете. Мелкие частицы золота и пустой породы просеиваются и оседают в ванне. Материал обогащающийся на решете классифицируясь непрерывно движется вперед, в сторону разгрузки. При выходе из воды породный материал обезвоживается и разгружается. Решето кроме известной функции - разделения исходного материала по классам крупности - выполняет функции разделения исходного материала по плотности и обезвоживания надрешетного материала, что обусловливает совмещение процессов одновременного разделения исходного материала по фракциям и плотности с обезвоживанием надрешетного материала, обеспечивающее снижение стоимости и повышение эффективности обогащения, за счет удобства в эксплуатации и расширения области ее применения.

The machine consists of a casing installed in the casing and filled with a bath fluid with a drain hole, inside of which a movable box with a sieve is suspended, and an oscillation pathogen. After filling the bath with water and turning on the electric motor, the source material is fed to the sieve. As a result of vibration of the sieve in and out of water, its material is weighed and disintegrated, separated by density and classified by size. At the same time, gold adhering to it is washed off from the bulk material, and large gold settles on the sieve. Small particles of gold and gangue are sieved and deposited in the bath. The material enriched on the sieve is classified continuously moving forward, in the direction of unloading. Upon exiting the water, the rock material is dehydrated and unloaded. The sieve, in addition to the well-known function — dividing the starting material into size classes — performs the functions of dividing the starting material by density and dewatering of the oversize material, which makes it possible to combine the processes of simultaneous separation of the starting material into fractions and density with dewatering of the oversize material, which ensures a reduction in cost and an increase in the enrichment efficiency, for due to ease of use and expansion of its scope.
