FIELD: electrolytic production of aluminium. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrolyzers with self-burning anode and upper power supply with special emphasis on structure of rod. In order to increase productivity of electrolyzer and reduce power and anode mass consumption as well as release of injurious substances, cylindrical part of steel rod of cylindrical/conical steel/aluminium power-supply rod is equipped from outside with aluminium cylinder, in which inner to outer diameter ratio is at least 0.6: 1. Aluminium cylinder may also be made with variable thickness of wall, decreasing in electric current direction. Further, aluminium cylinder may consist of two parts, wherein cylinder or its part may be combined with aluminium power-supply bar, and "aluminium cylinder-steel rod" contact made using diffusion approach, e.g. by explosion welding. Claims (1)

Изобретение относится к электролитическому получению алюминия в электролизерах с самообжигающимся анодом и верхним подводом тока, в частности к конструкции токоподводящего штыря. Цель изобретения - увеличение производительности электролизера, снижение расхода электроэнергии, анодной массы и выделения вредных веществ, выхода угольной пены. Цилиндрическая часть стального стержня цилиндрическо-конического сталеалюминиевого токоподводящего штыря снабжена снаружи алюминиевым цилиндром, контактирующим с поверхностью стержня. При этом диаметр цилиндрической части стального стержня можно уменьшать на толщину алюминиевого цилиндра, причем отношение внутреннего и наружного диаметров алюминиевого цилиндра не менее 0,6:1. Алюминиевый цилиндр может быть выполнен также с переменной толщиной стенки, уменьшающейся в направлении протекания электрического тока.
