Abstract

SUBSTANCE: cyclone has casing 1 with perforated lower part 2 located in hopper 3, inlet pipe 4, discharge opening 5 and exhaust pipe 6. Cyclone is further provided with auxiliary hopper 7 having perforated lower part 8 and mounted within main hopper 3. Auxiliary hopper 7 has additional dividing wall 10. Such construction allows effective catching of powder to be provided due to reduced entrainment and carrying powder away from hopper by inner helical flow. Space between walls is communicated with suction system 12 through filter 11 mounted in annular chamber 13 and is separated from filter 11 by perforated divider 14. Межстеночное пространство соединено через фильтр 11, размещенный в кольцеобразной камере 13, с системой отсоса 12 и отделено от фильтра 11 рассекателем-перфорированной перегородкой 14.
