Claims (1)

Использование: изготовление приводных ремней для привода веретен кольцепрядильных и крутильных текстильных машин. Сущность: материал для тесьмы веретенной включает тканый тяговый слой на основе поли-епсилонкапроамида, содержит покровный и пропиточный слои из термопластичного полиуретана на основе полифурита, 1,4-бутандиола и 4,4- дифенилметандиизоцианата, а тканевый слой содержит полиэтилентерефталат, причем ткань выработана переплетением в виде невравильного четырехремизного сатина, в котором уток содержит пряжу из поли-епсилон-капроамида и полиэтилентерефталата, а основа - нити из полиэтилентерефталата, покровный слой включает антиотатические добавки. Материал содержит следующие компоненты, мас.%: полиэтилентерефталат - 14-22, термопластичный полиуретан на основе полифурита, 1,4-бутандиола и 4,4-дифенилметандиизоцианата - 51-53,5, антистатические добавки - 2,5-3, остальное - поли-епсилон-капроамид. В качестве антистатических добавок предлагается использовать углеродное волокно, метил-трио (оксиэтил)-аммонийметилсульфат и технический углерод в весовом соотношении от 1:3:6 до 1:3:7. It is proposed to use carbon fiber, methyl trio (hydroxyethyl) ammonium methyl sulfate, and carbon black in a weight ratio of 1: 3: 6 to 1: 3: 7 as antistatic additives. The invention allows to increase the time resource of operation of the braid on modern textile machines up to 1.5 years.
