SUBSTANCE: heat exchanger has housing 1 with heated liquid distributing-and-collecting chamber 2, heat exchange surface 3, condensate cooler 12 formed by portion of heat exchange surface 3 arranged in casing 13 made of sheets 14 and 15 and connected to heated liquid distributing-and-collecting chamber 2, tube plate 5 and partitions 6 and 16. Sheets 14 and 15 are curved. Inner sheet 14 is solid over entire height of casing, and outer sheet 15 is made up of parts equal in number to number of partitions 16. Sheets are assembled to form "lens" and are connected with tube plate 5, partitions 6 and 16 and with each other. EFFECT: increased bearing capacity (strength), adaptability to manufacture, repairability, provision of designed efficiency of heat exchanger and reliability of pipelines and valves and fittings on condensate drain lines. 2 cl, 3 dwg

Предполагаемое изобретение повышает несущую способность (прочность), технологичность, ремонтопригодность, длительную плотность кожухов ОК и обеспечивает проектную тепловую эффективность парожидкостного теплообменника и надежность трубопроводов и арматуры на линиях олива конденсата. Теплообменник содержит корпус 1 с распределительно-сборной камерой нагреваемой жидкости 2, теплообменную поверхность 3, охладитель конденсата 12, образованный частью теплообменной поверхности 3, размещенной в кожухе 13, выполненном из листов 14 и 15 и подключенной к распределительно-сборной камере нагреваемой жидкости 2, трубную решетку 5 и перегородки 6 и 16. Листы 14 и 15 выполнены гнутыми, внутренний из которых 14 - цельным по всей высоте кожуха, наружный 15 - состоит из частей, равных количеству перегородок 16, собраны листы 14 и 15 в виде "чечевицы" и соединены с трубной решеткой 5, перегородками 6 и 16 и между собой.The alleged invention relates to a power system and can be used in other industries that manufacture or use heat-exchange equipment, designed for the implementation of steam condensate modes.
