Abstract

FIELD: wood-working industry; manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: method consists in repeated alternation of blowing cycles in drying chamber accompanied by removal of vapor and evacuation; wood is subjected to preliminary heating to average temperature of 80-100 C after which drying is accomplished by repeatedly alternating the cycles of evacuation and blowing with heat-transfer agent. When wood is dried to 30-% moisture content, it is kept in hermetic chamber after evacuation till pressure equal to atmospheric has been built in it; evacuation is effected at residual pressure of 10 to 50 mm Hg for 30 to 120 minutes; relieving pressure to level of residual pressure shall be effected within 1-30 seconds; in course of evacuation, condensate shall be drained. Blowing is effected with heat-transfer agent at temperature of 80-150 C within the period of time equal to time of evacuation. Process of drying the wood to 30-% moisture content is repeated till total time evacuation determined by the formula given in the Description has been achieved. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.

Предлагается способ сушки древесины в сушильной камере путем многократного чередования циклов продувки теплоносителем с отводом выделяющихся паров и вакуумирования, в котором древесину предварительно нагревают до среднеобъемной температуры 80 - 100oС, после чего сушку ведут путем многократного чередования циклов вакуумирования и продувки теплоносителем, при этом при сушке до 30% влажности после вакуумирования проводят выдержку в герметичной сушильной камере до достижения в ней давления, равного атмосферному, вакуумирование осуществляют при остаточном давлении 10 - 50 мм. рт. ст. в течение 30 - 120 мин, причем сброс давления до остаточного производят за 1 - 30 с, а в процессе вакуумирования ведут слив конденсата, а продувку производят теплоносителем с температурной 80 - 150oС в течение времени, равного времени вакуумирования, процесс сушки до 30% влажности повторяют до достижения общего суммарного времени вакуумирования, определяемого приведенном в формуле соотношением (см.описание изобретения).The invention relates to a technology for drying wood and can be used in the woodworking industry, as well as in the building materials industry, etc. A method for drying wood in a drying chamber by repeatedly alternating cycles of purging with a coolant with the removal of vapors and evacuation, in which the wood is preheated to a volumetric temperature, is proposed. 80 - 100 o C, after which drying is carried out by repeatedly alternating cycles of evacuation and purging with a coolant, while drying up to 30% humidity after evacuation, exposure is carried out in a sealed drying chamber until atmospheric pressure is reached in it, evacuation is carried out at a residual pressure of 10 - 50 mm.
