Abstract

Novelty is used of magazine of radiation conduits in structure of installation. Focusing devices with rotary mirrors, drive unit for rotating around axis of incident irradiation, drive unit for moving along axis of radiation conduit are secured to ends of said magazine. Said magazine is provided with motion drive unit and device for drawing pipe with pipeline. Radiation conduits have wheels on their outer side. EFFECT: lowered time period of technological cycle, enhanced efficiency.

Установка для лазерной сварки трубопроводов может использоваться для прокладки трубопроводов различного назначения в полевых условиях. Установка состоит из передвижного устройства, платформы с размещенными на ней технологическим лазером, аппаратурой управления, электростанцией, вспомогательным оборудованием. Отличительной особенностью установки является наличие в ее составе магазина лучепроводов, на концах которого закреплены фокусирующие устройства с поворотными зеркалами, приводом вращения вокруг оси падающего излучения, приводом перемещения вдоль оси лучепровода. Магазин лучепроводов имеет привод перемещения и устройство поджима трубы к трубопроводу. Лучепроводы имеют на внешней стороне колеса. Такая конструкция установки позволит сократить вспомогательное время технологического цикла и тем самым повысить производительность работы.Installation for laser welding of pipelines can be used for laying pipelines for various purposes in the field.
