Abstract
Применение соединений формулы Iгде один из R<M^>1<D> и R<M^>2<D> представляет собой С<Mv>1-7<D> алкил, а другой представляет собой С<Mv>1-7<D>-алкил либо С<Mv>2-6<D>-алкенилметил, L представляет собой при определенных условиях связанный через О-атом с фенильной группой С<Mv>1-11<D>-алкилен либо С<Mv>2-11<D>-алкенилен, или L представляет собой 1,4-фенилен, n обозначает 0 либо, если L содержит O-атом, n обозначает 0 или 1, Q представляет собой С<Mv>1-7<D>-алкил, C<Mv>2-10<D>-алкенил либо группу формулы Q':R представляет собой Н, галоген, СF<Mv>3<D>, CN либо NO<Mv>2<D>, R<M^ >3<D> и R<M^ >4<D> представляют собой Н, С<Mv>1-4<D>-алкил либо галоген и R<M^ >5<D> представляет собой Н либо, если R - водород, Н или галоген, и их приемлемых в фармацевтике аддитивных солей кислот для изготовления лекарственных средств, снижающих содержание холестерина, а также новые соединения, соответствующие формуле I.
Claims (1)
- Применение соединений формулы I
где один из R<M^>1<D> и R<M^>2<D> представляет собой С<Mv>1-7<D> алкил, а другой представляет собой С<Mv>1-7<D>-алкил либо С<Mv>2-6<D>-алкенилметил, L представляет собой при определенных условиях связанный через О-атом с фенильной группой С<Mv>1-11<D>-алкилен либо С<Mv>2-11<D>-алкенилен, или L представляет собой 1,4-фенилен, n обозначает 0 либо, если L содержит O-атом, n обозначает 0 или 1, Q представляет собой С<Mv>1-7<D>-алкил, C<Mv>2-10<D>-алкенил либо группу формулы Q':
R представляет собой Н, галоген, СF<Mv>3<D>, CN либо NO<Mv>2<D>, R<M^ >3<D> и R<M^ >4<D> представляют собой Н, С<Mv>1-4<D>-алкил либо галоген и R<M^ >5<D> представляет собой Н либо, если R - водород, Н или галоген, и их приемлемых в фармацевтике аддитивных солей кислот для изготовления лекарственных средств, снижающих содержание холестерина, а также новые соединения, соответствующие формуле I.
