Abstract

SUBSTANCE: lubricant composition contains plastic base in form of solid saturated hydrocarbons and filter in form of copper-clad graphite powder with the following content of components, mas.%: copper-clad graphite powder 25-65; the balance, solid saturated hydrocarbons. Claims (1)

Изобретение относится к составам смазочных композиций на основе пластичных смазок. Область использования: в узлах трения качения и скольжения, направляющих шарниров, винтовых пар,цепных передач текстильной,химической, автомобильной,станкостроительной и машиностроительной отраслей промышленности, а также при сверлении глубоких отверстий и нарезании резьб труднообрабатываемых материалов. Задачей изобретения является разработка смазочной композиции, обладающей повышенными износостойкостью и задиростойкостью,позволяющей использовать ее также и в приборах бытовой техники, т.к. исключается загрязнение смазываемых узлов. Смазочная композиция содержит пластичную основу в виде твердых предельных углеводородов и наполнитель в виде омедненного порошка гранита при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.% : омедненный порошок графита 25 - 65, твердые предельные углеводороды остальное.The invention relates to compositions of lubricating compositions based on greases.
