С целью повышения биодоступности препарата, пролонгирования действия, снижения количества действующего вещества в два раза и уменьшения возможных побочных явлений, а также удешевления продукта, предложена мазь следующего состава, мас. %: синафлан - 0,0125 - 0,0175; бета-циклодекстрин - 0,25 - 3,0; глицерин - 18,5; вазелин - 14; стеариновая кислота - 5; эмульгатор Т-1 или Т-2 - 5; Твин-80 - 2; нипагин - 0,08; нипазол - 0,02; очищенная вода - остальное.
