Изобретение относится к медицине, а именно - к ревматологии, и предназначено для местного лечения дегенеративных заболеваний и околосуставных мягких тканей. Целью изобретения является повышение эффективности противовоспалительного воздействия, предупреждения рецидивов заболевания за счет хондропротекторного эффекта. Указанная цель достигается комбинированным воздействием противовоспалительного препарата (диклофенака-натрия), гликозаминогликана-полисульфата и диметилсульфоксида. Средство наносят на кожу над участком поражения 2 - 3 раза в день. Курс лечения 3 - 4 недели.The invention relates to medicine, namely to rheumatology, and is intended for local treatment of degenerative diseases and periarticular soft tissues. The aim of the invention is to increase the effectiveness of anti-inflammatory effects, preventing relapse of the disease due to the chondroprotective effect.
