Abstract
FIELD: agriculture, in particular, metered watering of plants in small garden greenhouses. SUBSTANCE: apparatus is used to water plants in dry season during vegetative stage to provide for normal germination and growing of plants in the absence of garden's owner (for example, when garden's owner may look after plants only at days of rest). Apparatus does not use electric or any other power source. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and enhanced reliability.
