Изобретение относится к технологии получения покрытий в вакууме. Задачей изобретения является повышение качества декоративного покрытия с одновременным получением рисунка на нем. Эта задача решается за счет применения в устройстве фильтра, выполненного в виде блоков из сплошного плазмопрозрачного материала, сепарирующего капельную фазу из пароплазменного потока. В то же время заряженные компоненты плазмы попадают на подложку. Варьируя таким материалом в составе фильтра, например, по толщине, можно менять степень прозрачности фильтра для различных участков обрабатываемой поверхности, производя таким образом ее тонирование. Предлагаемое техническое решение обеспечивает получение изделий из различных материалов с высококачественным покрытием.The invention relates to the technology of producing coatings in vacuum. The objective of the invention is to improve the quality of the decorative coating while receiving a picture on it. This problem is solved by using a filter in the device, made in the form of blocks from a continuous plasma-transparent material, separating the dropping phase from a vapor-plasma flow. At the same time, the charged plasma components fall on the substrate. Varying such a material in the filter, for example, in thickness, it is possible to change the degree of transparency of the filter for different parts of the treated surface, thus producing its toning. The proposed solution provides for the production of products from various materials with high-quality coating.
