Abstract

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to water-dispersion adhesives based on synthetic latexes and may by applied in various areas, in particular, in building, furniture, and polygraphic industries, in production of wide- consumption wares, etc. to join various materials both of the same kind (wood, ceramic) and those of different nature, including wood with plastics and rubber with plastics. Novelty consists in that butadiene-styrene latex-based adhesive composition contains 42-50 wt % latex, 8-10 wt % water glass with silicate module 2.61-3.0, the balance being water. Composition is also suited for joining porcelain articles. EFFECT: increased basic physico-chemical properties of adhesive and expanded application area.

Клеевая композиция относится к вододисперсионным клеям на основе синтетических латексов и может быть использована в различных отраслях народного хозяйства, в частности в строительстве, мебельной и полиграфической промышленности, в производстве товаров народного потребления, а также других отраслях и в быту для скрепления различных материалов как однородных, например деревянных, керамических, так и разнородных, в том числе дерева с пластмассой, резины с пластмассой и др. Цель изобретения - повышение основных физико-химических показателей клея при одновременном расширении области применения. Новизна изобретения заключается в том, что клеевая композиция на основе бутадиенстирольного латекса, содержащая также жидкое стекло и воду, имеет следующее соотношение компонентов, мас.%: бутадиенстирольный латекс БС-65 - 45 - 50; жидкое стекло с силикатным модулем 2,61 - 3,0 - 8 - 10; вода - остальное.
