Claims (1)

Предложен способ комплексной переработки твердых (в том числе и отвальных) цинкосодержащих шлаков, при котором отдельные технологические процессы образуют единую замкнутую безотходную структуру, в которой каждое звено выпускает либо товарную продукцию, либо промпродукт переработки следующего звена. Первичный переплав шлаков осуществляется в агрегате ПЖВ, после которого 90% массы исходных шлаков выводится из производства путем немедленной утилизации в товарную продукцию. Возгоны ПЖВ очищаются от примесей окислительной КФП с получением свинцовых возгонов и цинковистых шлаков. Последние подвергаются возгоночной фильтрации в коксовом фильтре с получением металлического цинка или товарной окиси цинка. Способ позволяет осуществить большие объемы переработки шлаков (до 2500 тонн в сутки) на трех единичных вышеперечисленных агрегатах.A method for complex processing of solid (including waste dumps) zinc-containing slag is proposed, in which individual technological processes form a single closed waste-free structure, in which each link produces either commercial products or intermediate products for processing the next link. Sublimates PZHV are cleaned from impurities of oxidative KPP with obtaining lead sublimates and zinc slags. The latter are subjected to sublimation filtration in a coke filter with the production of metallic zinc or commercial zinc oxide. The method allows to carry out large volumes of slag processing (up to 2500 tons per day) on three single units listed above.
