Изобретение относится к области получения сложных удобрений, в частности азотно-фосфорных удобрений. Способ включает нейтрализацию аммиаком смеси фосфорной кислоты и фосфогипса с последующей грануляцией и сушкой продукта, где нейтрализацию ведут в присутствии мыла сульфатного, взятого в количестве 0,06 - 0,4% от массы фосфогипса. При этом фосфогипс используют в количестве 9,5 - 60% от массы смеси и вводят в кислоту и в ретур.
