Claims (1)

Способ переработки отработанного расплава титановых хлораторов относится к области цветной металлургии и может быть использован при переработке, утилизации и обезвреживании отходов хлорирования ильменитовых концентратов. Предлагаемое техническое решение направлено на обеспечение условий создания безотходной технологии и утилизации ценных компонентов в форме товарных продуктов и/или полупродуктов. Для этого отработанный расплав титановых хлораторов сливают в воду, концентрируют пульпу путем циркуляции, обрабатывают раствором полиакриламида, осаждают из осветленных растворов гидроксиды металлов щелочным реагентом. Осаждение ведут последовательно в три стадии. Сначала при pH 3,5 - 5,0 преимущественно 4,0 - 4,5 осаждают гидроксиды хрома, редких и радиоактивных металлов, которые отделяют от раствора. Затем осаждение ведут в присутствии окислителя при pH 2,5 - 3,5 в течение 20 - 50 ч, после отделения осадка оксигидроксида железа осаждение проводят при pH 9,5 - 11,0 преимущественно 10,0 - 10,5 в течение 4 - 6 ч.The method for processing the spent melt of titanium chlorinators belongs to the field of non-ferrous metallurgy and can be used in the processing, utilization and neutralization of chlorinated wastes of ilmenite concentrates. The proposed technical solution is aimed at providing conditions for the creation of waste-free technology and the disposal of valuable components in the form of marketable products and / or intermediates. For this, the spent melt of titanium chlorinators is poured into water, the pulp is concentrated by circulation, treated with a solution of polyacrylamide, metal hydroxides are precipitated from clarified solutions with an alkaline reagent. Precipitation is carried out sequentially in three stages. First, at pH 3.5 - 5.0, predominantly 4.0 - 4.5 precipitated hydroxides of chromium, rare and radioactive metals, which are separated from the solution. Then the precipitation is carried out in the presence of an oxidizing agent at a pH of 2.5 - 3.5 for 20 to 50 hours, after separation of the precipitate of iron oxyhydroxide, the precipitation is carried out at a pH of 9.5 - 11.0, preferably 10.0 - 10.5 for 4 - 6 hours
