Claims (1)

Предлагаемое изобретение относится к области переработки отходов и может быть использовано в коммунальном хозяйстве и в медицине для утилизации унифицированных отходов медицинских учреждений. Способ термической переработки отходов в шахтной печи включает его загрузку, нагрев в плазменных струях в герметизированном реакционном пространстве на поверхности шлакового расплава при Т = 2500 - 4500oС в окислительной среде с последующим выпуском образующихся расплавов шлаков и металла и газов через слой расплава с очисткой и утилизацией последних. Новизна способа заключается в том, что отходы подают предварительно упакованными дозами, нагрев ведут в зоне закрученного плазменного потока, создаваемого между стенками печи, а конкретное значение температуры процесса определяют по пробной плавке и последующему бактериологическому контролю расплавов шлака и металлов и отходящих газов. Устройство для термической переработки отходов, содержащее шахтную печь с загрузочным устройством, установленные в подгорновой зоне шахты по ее периметру плазменные горелки, летки для выпуска металла и шлака, газоход отходящих газов, снабжено подсводовой ванной, герметизированные рабочие пространства шахты и ванны разделены вертикальной перегородкой с окном в придонной части с образованием гидрозатвора, летка для выпуска шлака выполнена сифонной и расположена на дальнем от шахты конце ванны с уровнем сливного порога выше окна перегородки, а газоход установлен перед этой леткой. Новизна заключается в том, что на шахте установлен дополнительный коаксиальный плазмотрон, загрузочное устройство соединено с центральным полым электродом дополнительного плазмотрона, а перед летками и выпуском газохода установлены блоки бактериального контроля. The novelty lies in the fact that an additional coaxial plasma torch is installed at the mine, the loading device is connected to the central hollow electrode of the additional plasma torch, and bacterial control units are installed before the tap holes and the outlet of the gas duct.
