Область использования - экология, теплоэнергетика, стройиндустрия, а именно производство строительных материалов с использованием топливосодержащих отходов. Сущность: топливосодержащий отход измельчают и вводят в него добавки, превращение его в шихту для производства нужного строительного материала - плавленного клинкера, гранулята для последующего производства особо легких пористых заполнителей, отощителя для керамического производства и т. п. Шихту плавят в циклонном плавильном агрегате, тумпература в котором регулируется дополнительно установленными топливными горелками. Плавильный агрегат установлен в качестве горелочного устройства обжиговой печи, в которой за счет тепла отходящих газов плавильного агрегата производят сушку и обжиг дополнительного количества сырья по известным технологиям. Воздух, подаваемый в плавильный агрегат, подогревают отходящими газами обжиговой печи в теплообменнике, установленном после обжиговой печи. При необходимости температуру газов, направляемых в обжиговую печь, регулируют смешиванием отходящих газов плавильного агрегата с окружающим воздухом, поступающим, например, через холодильник обжиговой печи за счет разрежения, создаваемого тягодутьевыми устройствами. Изобретение позволяет достигнуть устойчивого режима переработки отхода с переменным содержанием топлива, при этом полностью использовать теплотворную способность топливосодержащего отхода и производить различные строительные материалы и полуфабрикаты.The area of use is ecology, heat-and-power engineering, construction industry, namely the production of building materials using fuel-containing waste. The air supplied to the smelting unit is heated by the flue gas of the kiln in a heat exchanger installed after the kiln. If necessary, the temperature of the gases sent to the kiln is controlled by mixing the off-gases of the melting unit with ambient air, for example, coming through the cooler of the kiln due to the vacuum generated by the blower devices. The invention allows to achieve a sustainable mode of processing waste with a variable content of fuel, while fully utilizing the calorific value of the fuel containing waste and to produce various building materials and semi-finished products.
