Claims (1)

  1. Изобретение относится к области медицины и может быть использовано в качестве эндопротеза межпозвонкового составного имплантационного диска при хирургических операциях на позвоночнике. Эндопротез и устройство для его фиксации состоит из двух дискообразных пластин, на внешней поверхности которых (соприкасающихся с телом позвонка) установлены Т-образные фиксирующие устройства, заостренные, выполненные из никелида титана, обладающего памятью формы, которые при внедрении в тело позвонка и последующем их нагреве до 50 - 60°С (например, омыванием теплым биологическим раствором или специальным нагревательным устройством) разворачиваются вокруг своей оси, осуществляя осевую (вертикальную) и поперечную фиксацию между позвонком и имплантантом. На внутренней поверхности пластин имеется циркулярный выступ, который входит в зацепление с пазом амортизирующей эластичной прокладки из полимера, расположенной между пластинами. Изобретение позволяет улучшить качество фиксации имплантанта, увеличивает стабильность его в сегменте, уменьшает травматизацию и упрощает операцию по его установке.
