Claims (1)

Устройство предназначено для выпрямления, очистки, нагрева и подачи проволоки с определенной скоростью и усилием в формообразующий механизм. Очистка происходит при прохождении проволоки через полиуретановые вкладыши, которые также создают предварительное натяжение. Выпрямление проводится в процессе прохождения проволоки через два блока нагартовочных роликов, три участка полиуретановых вкладышей и две пары подающих - поджимных роликов, причем последний подающий ролик по движению проволоки имеет больший диаметр, чем предыдущий. Предварительный нагрев проволоки происходит в результате трения проволоки о полиуретановые вкладыши, нагартовочные ролики. Кроме того, тепло выделяется также при изгибе проволоки. Между подающими роликами установлен электромагнитный индуктор, который подогревает проволоку до температуры нормализации (260 - 300°С).
