Высокая коррозионная стойкость никельфосфорного покрытия в галогенидсодержащих средах при малой общей толщине покрытия достигается тем, что покрытие включает внутренний слой меди толщиной 0,5-3 мкм; слой никельфосфорного покрытия с содержанием фосфора 10-12 мас.% толщиной 3-4 мкм; слой никельфосфорного покрытия с содержанием фосфора 5-6 мас.% толщиной 3-4 мкм; оксидно- фосфатный слой толщиной 0,1 мкм; внешний гидрофобизирующий слой кремнийорганического полимера толщиной 0,1 мкм. Коррозионная стойкость покрытия превышает стойкость однослойного никельфосфорного покрытия толщиной 25 мкм и цинковых покрытий толщиной 36 мкм. The corrosion resistance of the coating exceeds the resistance of a single-layer nickel-phosphorus coating with a thickness of 25 μm and zinc coatings with a thickness of 36 μm. The proposed coating provides a high protective affect in conditions of corrosion in halide-containing environments with a small total coating thickness.
