Claims (1)

Способ относится к черной металлургии и может быть использован в производстве ферросплавов и соединений, очищенных от примесей цветных металлов, для элементной промышленности. Цель изобретения - повышение степени извлечения марганца из отходов. Способ включает дробление, размол отходов, которые затем смешивают с водным раствором хлористого кальция в соотношении 1 : (5 - 6). К полученной пульпе добавляют хлористое железо из расчета получения в растворе 2,6 - 4,8% FeCI2, нагревают до 220 - 240oС и при интенсивном перемешивании выдерживают 2 - 3 ч, после чего охлаждают до 80 - 100oС, отделяют от остатка и осаждают марганец известковым молоком. При обработке раствора известковым молоком его перемешивают, а после отделения осадка прокаливают в окислительной атмосфере при 330 - 350oС.The method relates to ferrous metallurgy and can be used in the production of ferroalloys and compounds purified from non-ferrous metal impurities for the elemental industry.
