Способ устранения деформации трубчатой кости предусматривает остеосинтез аппаратом внешней фиксации, частичную клиновидную резекцию по выпуклой стороне деформации с последующей кортикотомией и/или остеоклазией непересеченного участка кости. Резекцию осуществляют с сохранением целостности содержимого костно-мозгового канала.
