На рабочую поверхность рабочей модели наносят слой воска, а формообразующую поверхность заготовки обезжиривают и покрывают адгезивом, собирают блок, устанавливая подготовленную рабочую модель над заготовкой с зазором, равным толщине наносимого полимерного слоя, производят заливку полимерного состава и последующую термообработку.
