Новым в устройстве является то, что внешняя изоляционная оболочка на конце кабеля имеет продольные надрезы, фиксирующий элемент, выполненный в виде клина, установлен между жилами в месте продольных надрезов внешней оболочки кабеля, а конец кабеля замоноличен с изоляционным слоем.
