Способ лечения ревматоидного артрита и деформирующего остеоартроза используется в медицине, в частности в ревматологии. Изобретение обеспечивает сокращение сроков лечения и продление периода ремиссии заболевания. Сущность изобретения: впервые бишофит используется в сочетании с другими веществами в виде мази, которую втирают в периартикулярные ткани 2 раза в день в течение 7-10 дней, в дальнейшем, при стихании воспалительных явлений, - 2 раза в день курсом 12-15 дней на фоне явления постперспирационной проницаемости кожного покрова. В состав мази входят компоненты: бишофит, димексид, анестезин, моноглицерид, сорбитан-олеат, ланолин в следующем количественном соотношении (мас. %): бишофит - 62,5-67,5; димексид - 7-9; анестезин - 2-3; моноглицерид - 10,5-12,5; сорбитанолеат - 1-1,5; ланолин - 11-16. Мазь, нанесенная предлагаемым способом, обладает хорошим обезболивающим и противовоспалительным действием, что сокращает сроки лечения и восстановления функции сустава; включение ланолиновой основы обеспечивает хорошую переносимость препарата.A method for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis deformans is used in medicine, in particular in rheumatology.
