The method of assessing metabolic processes in the cell relates to medicine, in particular to biochemical methods. The invention allows to expand the information content of the method by identifying the nature of cellular adaptation, to increase the reliability and simplify the method, as well as to create gentle conditions for the body during blood sampling. In accordance with the invention, non-incubated biological samples are additionally prepared, peripheral blood in a volume of 0.3-0.4 ml is used as blood, and erythrocytes are used as blood cells. Indicators of metabolism are hemolysis of erythrocytes, the amount of total and bound malonic aldehyde and the intensity of its degradation. The informative parameter consists of six ratios of metabolic rates. The intensity of the synthesis and decomposition of the metabolite, the ability of the cell to get rid of it and bind it adequately respond to changes in the environment, so it is possible to objectively evaluate the functional state of the cell membranes. The state of cellular adaptation allows you to clearly judge the level of health and the effectiveness of therapy.
