Claims (1)

Лигатура предназначена для легирования и модифицирования алюминиевых деформируемых сплавов с цирконием. Для улучшения структуры, повышения механических и технологических свойств сплавов лигатура для легирования и модифицирования алюминиевых деформируемых сплавов с цирконием содержит алюминий и цирконий. Новым в лигатуре является дополнительное содержание меди при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%: Zr 8-12, Al 9-11, Cu - остальное. Предлагаемая лигатура по сравнению с известной позволяет повысить содержание циркония в твердом растворе алюминиевых сплавов, уменьшить средний размер зерна и интерметаллидов в сплаве, получить более однородную и мелкозернистую структуру слитков, повысить технологическую пластичность и микротвердость сплавов, снизить склонность слитков к образованию трещин, уменьшить количество лигатуры при легировании того же объема сплава, что и с известной лигатурой, гарантируя при этом его качество.The ligature is intended for doping and modifying aluminum wrought alloys with zirconium.
