Для повышения разделяющей способности состава в каналах сложной геометрии при одновременном снижении расхода химических добавок, способствующих увеличению упругости, прочности на основе использования синергетических эффектов, состав для разделения потоков жидкостей используется в виде вспененного на воздухе материала плотностью 850 - 950 кг/м3 и содержит следующие компоненты, мас. %: моноалкилфениловый эфир полиэтиленгликоля на основе полимердистиллята с длиной алкильной цепи от 10 до 12 углеродных атомов (ОП - 10) 0,10 oC 0,05, полиакриламид (ПАА) 1,56 oC 1,46, морская соль 18 oC 20, хромкалиевые квасцы 0,15 oC 0,10, вода - остальное. Данный состав характеризуется повышенными значениями динамической вязкости и предельного напряжения сдвига, определяющими высокую степень разделения потока в разноплотностных жидкостях.The composition relates to the oil and gas industry and can be used in the sequential transfer of liquids and to prevent mixing.
