Спеченная легированная латунь относится к порошковой металлургии, в частности к спеченным материалам на основе меди. Предлагаемый порошковый материал на основе меди содержит цинк, марганец, кремний и алюминий, для повышения физико-механических свойств дополнительно содержит железо, хром, бор и ванадий при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%: цинк - 19 - 21; железо - 5 - 15; порошок ПР-Х4Г2Р4С2ФЮД - 5; медь - остальное. Хром, марганец, бор, кремний, ванадий и алюминий вводятся в шихту в составе порошка самофлюсующегося сплава на основе железа марки ПР-Х4Г2Р4С2ФЮД, серийно выпускаемого НПО "Тулачермет", ТУ14-3795-84. Изобретение обеспечивает повышение физико-механических свойств материалов на основе меди. Предлагаемая легированная латунь может быть использована для изготовления деталей конструкционного назначения, например метизов, различных профилей, получаемых прокаткой порошков, кронштейнов сложной формы, а также как антифрикционный материал.Sintered alloyed brass refers to powder metallurgy, in particular to sintered materials based on copper. The invention provides improved physical and mechanical properties of materials based on copper. The proposed alloyed brass can be used for the manufacture of structural parts, such as hardware, various profiles, obtained by rolling powders, brackets of complex shape, as well as anti-friction material.
