A set of protective clothing consists of trousers or semi-overalls and a jacket made of top and a three-layer liner. Description

The utility model relates to protective clothing used in conditions of high temperatures and high humidity, and can be used by employees of fire and rescue services.

Known protective suit for work in the high temperature zone (US No. 300161, 04/07/1971), consisting of a jacket and trousers. The suit is equipped with a pneumatic system for supplying air to the chest, back and arms and perforated parts located in the same areas. When air is supplied from the pneumatic system, air films are formed that wash the suit in areas of perforated parts, which provides thermal resistance to external flow. With a rather complex design, the suit provides protection from high temperatures, but does not protect against moisture.

Known combat clothing firefighter described in patent RU No. 2233603, C2, 08/10/2004, adopted as the closest analogue. Clothing consists of a jacket and semi-overalls made of a package of layers: external, internal and intermediate - waterproofing and thermal insulation. With a sufficient degree of protection against moisture, this clothing does not have high hygienic properties, since it does not provide the necessary internal ventilation and removal of sweat products.

The objective of this utility model is to create protective clothing with a high degree of moisture protection and high hygienic properties.

This problem is solved due to the fact that in a set of protective clothing consisting of trousers or semi-overalls and a jacket made of top and a three-layer liner, the top of the jacket has a central fastener with a valve equipped with a moisture-protective layer inside, a stand-up collar, voluminous pockets placed on shelves with openings for water drainage and set-in sleeves with elbow pieces equipped with knitted wristlets, which are a continuation of the sleeve’s inner wristlets, and the lining is removably fixed to the edging connected to the top when it podstezhki layers bonded to each other in the jacket of the neck, side and low sleeves and trousers or Bib - the upper edge and the front connector.

At the same time, the top of the overalls is made with wide trousers, the lower of which is equipped with a means for adjusting their width, which can be made in the form of zippers.

Further, the problem was solved due to the fact that signal strips are made on the back of the top of the jacket, on the bottom of the jacket and sleeves, on the flap and the low of the top of trousers or overalls, and the lining consists of a heat-insulating layer with a lining and a moisture barrier.

A set of protective clothing consists of trousers (Figs. 7, 8) or semi-overalls (Figs. 9, 10, 11) and a jacket (Figs. 1, 5) made of top 1 and three-layer linings 2 (Figs. 13, 14, 15 ) For the top, a fire-resistant material is used. To regulate the waist volume, the jacket is equipped with a tie 16, and if there is a belt, belt loops are attached on the sides of the jacket 17. Signal strips 18 are made on the back of the top of the jacket, under the yoke, on the sleeves, in the lower part of the back and shelves and on the valve 4.

The lining 2 of the jacket (Fig. 13) consists of a heat-insulating layer 18 with a lining 19 and a moisture-protective layer 20 and is equipped with ventilation holes in the armpits.

The moisture barrier layer 20 is made with a one-piece sleeve and a flap yoke. At the same time, the moisture-proof layer 20 overlaps the length of the layer 18. The layers of the liner are bonded together along the neck of the side and the low sleeves. In the remaining parts, these layers lag behind each other.

The lining 2 is removably attached (for example, by means of a Velcro textile fastener 21) to the facing 22 (Fig. 12), which is connected to the top 1.

The top 1 of the trousers (Figs. 7, 8) of the set of protective clothing is made narrower to the bottom, with an increased volume in the knee area, knee pads 23 located on the sides with semi-volume pockets 24 and puffs 25 in the waist area. The front connector 26 fastens with buttons. Low trousers have reinforcing pads 27. Pants are equipped with aids 28.

The trouser lining 2 (FIG. 14) has a similar construction and fastening to the top 1 as the jacket lining described above. At the same time, the layers of the liner 2 are bonded to each other along the upper edge and the front connector 26. To enhance protection, the liner 2 is provided with sections with an additional gasket. Signal Strip 18

Top 1 of overalls has the same design as pants, but with high back 29 and front 30 (Fig.9, 10). The front connector 26 is made with a zipper and is closed by a valve 31. In the waist area on the back there is a screed 32. Adjustable aids 33 are made of elastic tape.

The top 1 of overalls (Fig. 11) has the same design as the overalls (Figs. 9, 10), but with wide trousers and zipper fasteners 34, which provide the ability to put on trousers over boots and at the same time allow trousers to be tucked in boots.

Lining 2 semi-overalls (Fig. 15) is similar in design to the lining of 2 trousers, but has an inflated back and front. The fastening of the layers in the lining is the same as on the trousers.

When using protective clothing, for example, when fighting a fire, water flows down the top of the kit, including through the openings of pockets, without penetrating into the body of the worker. The previously described design of the bottom of the sleeve of the jacket provides complete protection against penetration of moisture into the sleeve at any position of the hands associated with actions on fire. The undercoat provides additional protection against moisture (absence of shoulder seams and armholes and absence of side seams in trousers or semi-overalls in the moisture-proof layer) creates conditions for ventilation of the clothing layer of air, which positively affects the well-being of the user.

Thus, the claimed set of protective clothing has high hygienic and protective properties necessary for working personnel in emergency situations.
