Abstract

The utility model relates to the field of production of means intended for packaging liquid food products and can be used for automatic bottling of mineral drinking table water, low-alcohol and non-alcoholic carbonated drinks. The utility model solves the problem of creating packaging with new additional functionality to satisfy consumer interests by using empty containers as a structural element in the installation of collapsible structures, for example, for constructing a water supply pipeline from a container within the area of a personal garden or summer cottage. The problem is solved in that the central zone of the bottom of the bottle is equipped with an inner neck with an internal thread, while the channel of the inner neck is hermetically sealed with either a partition (wall) or a stopper screwed into the neck channel.

The utility model relates to the field of production of means intended for packaging liquid food products and can be used for automatic bottling of mineral drinking table water, low alcohol and non-alcoholic carbonated drinks.

A well-known PET bottle is used as a modern container for packaging liquid food products, in particular Coca-Cola, which includes a body, a neck with a whisk, shoulders and a bottom (see Thomas Hein, All About Packaging, Alphabet Publishing House, St. Petersburg, Book Club "Terra", 1997, Fig. 3, 4).

The disadvantage of the prototype is its single-function, i.e. after using the bottle as a container, it is thrown away due to unnecessarily, while significantly polluting the environment.

The objective of the proposed utility model is to create a package with a new additional functional ability to satisfy the interests of the consumer, allowing him to use empty containers as a structural element in the installation of collapsible structures, such as pipelines for supplying water from

tanks within the area of a personal plot or cottage plot, as well as for the construction of vertical water tanks for the direct wetting of cucumber or tomato greenhouse soils or beds.

The problem is solved in that the central zone of the bottom is equipped with an internal neck with an internal thread, while the channel of the inner neck is sealed by a septum (wall) or a plug screwed into the neck channel.

Indeed, the proposed design of the bottle allows you to use it in addition to direct use in a different direction as a structural element for the manufacture of a variety of collapsible structures.

Comparison of the proposed technical solution with the prototype allows us to conclude that it differs significantly from the prior art by the introduction of new significant features mentioned above and meets the criterion of novelty and is industrially applicable.

A dual-use plastic bottle (Figs. 1, 2, 5, 7, 8) includes a housing 1, a neck with an external screw thread 2, a nimbus 3, shoulders 4, and a bottom 5.

The technical proposal (Fig. 8) is focused on solving problems of creating various building structures, for example, fence posts for horticultural plots or frame elements of greenhouses.

The technical proposal (figure 3) is focused on solving additional problems, for example, on organizing and demonstrating school experiences, because the presence of cork 9 with a reusable groove 10 and a removable cap 11 allows for a wide variety of design assemblies.

A dual-use plastic bottle operates as follows.

After collecting a batch of empty bottles, they are processed by cutting a partition 8 with a sharp tool (Fig. 8), after which the bottles are connected to each other by screwing the neck 2 of the bottle into the channel of the inner neck 6 until it stops. Then, after installing a pipeline of a certain length, it is connected with a hose to a container of water, and the opposite end of the pipeline is connected to a flexible hose for watering garden crops.
