Abstract

Полезная модель относится к укупорочным средствам для тары, в частности к корончатым колпачкам для укупорки бутылок с линиями ослабленной прочности, отрывными участками и язычками. Решаемая техническая задача - повышение эргономических свойств кронен-пробок с отрываемыми за отгибаемый язычок полосами, а именно, повышение их надежности, удобства и безопасности пользования. Поставленная техническая задача решается четырьмя предлагаемыми вариантами кронен-пробки для укупорки бутылок. Во всех четырех вариантах кронен-пробки новым является то, что круглая эластичная прокладка имеет утолщение в месте расположения заклепки, что повышает надежность прокладки. Новым по первому варианту выполнения кронен-пробки является то, что боковые кромки соединительной пластины имеют завальцовку в сторону донышка колпачка, а на наружной поверхности самого донышка имеется хотя бы один выступ, который располагается прямо под соединительной пластиной и упирается в одну из ее завальцованных боковых кромок, тем самым препятствуя случайному провороту соединительной пластины и накладного кольца вокруг заклепки.
