Abstract

Заявляемая группа полезных моделей относится к ликеро-водочной промышленности и может быть использована для производства алкогольной продукции. Задачей, на решение которой направлена заявляемая полезная модель, является повышение качества и конкурентоспособности продукции. Технический результат, достигаемый в заявленной полезной модели, заключается в стабилизации органолептических показателей крепкого алкогольного напитка, выполненного на основе водо-спиртовой жидкости, и содержания в нем биологически активных элементов в процессе длительного хранения, а также улучшении вкусовых качеств изделия. Заявленный сосуд с алкогольным напитком включает емкость, во внутренний объем которой налит крепкий алкогольный напиток, выполненный на основе водо-спиртовой жидкости, содержащей спирт ректифицированный и воду питьевую; по меньшей мере, один свежий огурец (по первому варианту) или соленый огурец (по второму варианту), расположенный внутри емкости, и крышку, обеспечивающую герметичность закрытия емкости. Предпочтительно, чтобы крепость алкогольного напитка, налитого во внутренний объем емкости, превышала 20%.
