Abstract

FIELD: drying textile articles.

SUBSTANCE: technical solution relates to a wall-mounted folding clothes dryer, contains grid (1) and two brackets (2) intended for attachment to a wall. Grid (1) and brackets (2) are pivotally connected with possibility to move grid from vertical position to horizontal position from top to bottom with fixation of extreme position, wherein the grid is made in the form of two planks (3) connected by crossbars (4), the ends of planks (3) facing the brackets are equipped with hook (5), bracket (2) is made of a metal plate bent at a right angle, comprises transverse part (6) mating with a wall surface equipped with holes (7), longitudinal cantilever part (8), at the end of which there is longitudinal slot (9) intended for installation of axis (10) of rotation, longitudinal cantilever part is equipped with two bends made at right angle, first bend (11) is located below the slot and is intended for contact with the surface of the plank, second bend (12) is located closer to the transverse part of the bracket, and is intended for contact with the plank hook.

Description

The technical solution relates to devices used in everyday life, to dryers or hangers intended for hanging laundry, for example, on balconies or loggias of residential buildings or in the bathroom, fixed to a support, which can be, for example, the wall of the house.

Designs of wall-mounted clothes dryers containing a grid with supporting elements for clothes and folding mechanisms of various designs are known from the prior art.

A folding clothes hanger is known (RU 2081223). It comprises a U-shaped tubular frame of vertical posts and a base with crossbars and means for hanging the frame on the wall, made at the ends of its vertical posts, wherein the frame is installed with the possibility of moving its base away from the wall and fixing it in this position with a lock. The upper section of each vertical post is bent at an angle inward toward the wall to form, when the frame is in the vertical position, a free space between the wall and the plane of the hanger for drying clothes in the vertical position of the frame. On the upper sections of the vertical posts, openings are made for hanging the hanger on hooks made of a rod and screwed into the wall, the frame rests on folding legs or a stop on the wall. When installed in the retracted position, the base of the hanger frame is moved away from the wall and held in an inclined position by two support legs or one leg, and the stop on the side wall is a rigid support.

The disadvantage of this clothes hanger is that the means for hanging it on the wall are made in the form of hooks, the rotation of the frame is carried out on the hooks, which do not independently allow fixing the specified position, perpendicular to the wall. To hold the hanger frame in a position removed from the wall, it is necessary to remove the legs, which increases the metal content of the structure. In addition, the legs do not provide a strong fixation of the specified position - accidental removal of the frame or unintentional contact with the leg leads to the hanger falling down, touching the wall, the laundry falling to the floor.

A folding clothes dryer is known (RU 2173363 C1). It contains a U-shaped frame consisting of two crossbars and a spacer (tension) element. The crossbars have openings for securing the ends of the lines intended for placing the laundry. Each crossbar is installed on a profiled support bar with the ability to rotate on an axis made in the form of a sleeve with a bolt. The support bars have openings for mounting and are rigidly attached to a support, for example, a wall of a house, using bolts or dowels. A bracket is attached to the bottom of the crossbar, designed for hinged fastening of one end of the bracket, which acts as a stop for the frame when the latter is in a horizontal (working) position. The bracket is also hingedly connected at the other end to the support bar. Each bracket consists of two tubes telescopically connected to each other. A flexible cable is used to lift the frame, one end of which is connected to the spacer element, and the other end of which is passed through a block or bracket and secured with a lock. To bring the device into the working position, remove the end of the cable from the lock, and the frame with the lines, under its own weight, rotates around the axes of the bushings that secure the ends of the crossbars to the support strips, and takes a horizontal position, which is fixed with a telescopic stop. To bring the device into the non-working position, pull the end of the cable by hand, and the frame rotates on the axes of the bushings and takes a vertical position.

A collapsible clothes dryer is known (RU 15103) comprising support bars, a grid for hanging laundry, including crossbars and a spacer element placed between them, brackets, one end of each of which is pivotally connected to the crossbar, and the other to the support bar, and at least one flexible cable intended for setting the grid in a non-working position, one end of which is connected to the spacer element of the grid, and the other through at least one element secured to the support - to a retainer, wherein each bracket is made of two telescopically connected elements, and the crossbars are pivotally connected to the support bars.

The disadvantage of the specified clothes dryers (RU 15103; RU 2173363 C1) is that the device for rotating and fixing the grate increases the metal content of the structure, reduces the reliability of the device, and has a high risk of failure during operation. The device for rotating and fixing contains two extended profiled support strips, two brackets consisting of two pipes telescopically connected to each other, two clamps designed for hinged fastening of one end of the bracket, acting as a stop for the grate, a flexible cable is used to lift the grate, one end connected to the spacer element, and the other end is passed through a block or clamp and secured with a lock. The mechanism for fixing the grate in a horizontal position is bulky, metal-intensive, unreliable. Telescopic brackets are prone to jamming if skewed, during pulling on the cable. Using fishing lines as support elements for hanging laundry reduces reliability, as the line breaks and does not allow the hanger to be used in the folded position.

A wall-mounted dryer (KR 20080003893 U) is known, it contains a pair of fixed connecting brackets, which are tightly attached to the wall, a laundry rack with a telescopic mechanism, in the form of a tubular structure, into which several elements are mounted, allowing you to store various items to be dried between them during connection.

A wall-mounted folding clothes dryer is known (RU 217163). It contains crossbars, the ends of which are connected to each other by planks using fastening points made in the form of a hinge mechanism made with a rotation axis in the form of a screw, and a fastening element in the form of two brackets of an angular profile. In the upper part of the side surface, the bracket is provided with a vertical groove for fastening the upper ends of the planks with the possibility of sliding along the entire length of the groove when unfolding and folding the dryer. The lower ends of the planks are hingedly connected to the lower side surface of the bracket by means of a plastic washer. To expand the functionality of the clothes dryer and increase the volume of the drying surface, the crossbar is provided with plastic hooks and a hanger.

Well-known dryers (RU 217163, KR 20080003893) allow the grate to be placed only in a horizontal position; the mechanism for attaching to the wall does not provide the ability to fold the grate from a horizontal to a vertical position.

A wall-mounted folding clothes dryer (RU 220317) is known, comprising a base in the form of a rectangular panel with outer panels fixed to its sidewalls with the possibility of rotation and a mechanism for moving and fixing crossbars, made in the form of two guide stepped plates fixed to the sidewalls of the base with the possibility of rotation. The crossbars are located in the grooves of the guide plates formed by the internal L-shaped vertical and horizontal sides of the corners of the steps of the guide plates and the height of the next step of the guide plates. The edges of the horizontal sides of the corners facing the lower step are made acute-angled.

The disadvantage of this dryer is its high metal consumption, since the base, outer panels, stepped plates fixed to the sides of the base are made in the form of wide longitudinal panels. In addition, in the folded position, the dryer cannot be used for its intended purpose, the dryer does not allow you to place the crossbars for linen in the vertical plane. The presence of a large number of moving parts is also a disadvantage. When folding and unfolding the dryer, the crossbars slide along the grooves of the plates, thereby causing wear and damage to the paintwork. Also, sounds are formed associated with friction and impacts of elements against each other, silence is not ensured when folding and unfolding. The crossbars are not fixed to the side plates and can rotate relative to their own axis, which leads to things slipping off the crossbars.

A hanger for drying clothes is known (SU 1140752), containing a grid, including a tubular frame with crossbars, hingedly mounted with the lower side in brackets, serving to fasten the frame to the supporting surface, and having a lock for its vertical position, in order to increase reliability and ease of use, the middle part of the lower side of the grid is made at an angle to its plane, forming a handle, and the side sides of the grid have flat inserts for fastening the ends of the crossbars.

The disadvantage of the specified hanger for drying clothes is that the brackets used to attach the frame to the supporting surface do not allow the grid to be fixed in a horizontal position. To hold the hanger grid in a vertical position, it is necessary to use a vertical position lock made in the form of a bracket fixed to the wall, which increases the metal consumption and complicates the installation and operation of the hanger. The grid is transferred from a horizontal to a vertical position by moving from the bottom up, which is inconvenient for installation and when using the dryer, since it is necessary to have free space above the dryer to ensure the movement of the grid, and to stretch upward when it is fixed, together this does not allow for the efficient use of the living space.

A wall-mounted clothes dryer (JP 3735295) is known, comprising a bracket for fastening to a wall and elements for fixing a grate, the bracket comprises a base and two protruding console parts, embracing a grate bar on both sides, a massive base, mating with the wall surface, is equipped with openings for fastening to the wall, two longitudinal console parts are made with a longitudinal groove, intended for installing the axis of rotation of the grate, the console parts are equipped with fixing elements in the form of three pins, installed at a right angle between the console parts, the pins are located along the circumference and are intended for contact with the hook of the grate bar, allowing the grate to be fixed in various positions.

The disadvantage of the analogue (JP 3735295) is its massiveness and complexity of manufacture, relatively high resource intensity, since the bracket contains a base and two protruding console parts, covering the grille bar from both sides, pins located between the console parts. The pins and console parts are made as separate parts, i.e. they require separate technological operations for manufacturing and assembly. Two console parts connected to the base require the bracket to be made either by casting, or cut from a metal array, or printed on a 3D printer, or assembled from several parts.

Thus, the known dryers have their inherent disadvantages: high metal consumption (which increases manufacturing costs and the final cost for the consumer), the presence of many parts and components (which increases manufacturing costs and the final cost for the consumer, reduces reliability and complicates operation), limited functionality (the ability to dry things only in one position), the implementation of a fixation mechanism when folding and unfolding using elements spaced apart in space (brackets, brackets, stops, legs, cables, which increases the labor intensity of installation and operation). In addition, there are such items of clothing as socks, insoles, scarves, etc., which cannot simply be hung on the crossbar of the dryer, and analogs do not provide the ability to fix them.

The technical problem that the technical solution is aimed at solving is the lack of a simple (containing the least number of parts while ensuring the ability to implement the purpose and functionality, and to manufacture at a lower cost) compact (devoid of many protruding parts, except for the working surface of the grid intended for hanging laundry), wall-mounted dryer providing the functionality of folding (to the vertical position of the grid, with a downward movement from the unfolded position) and unfolding (to the horizontal position of the grid, with an upward movement from the folded position), as well as with the functionality of attaching small items such as socks, insoles, scarves, etc.

The task that the technical solution is aimed at solving is to equip household premises, including bathrooms, with a simple, compact, reliable and easy-to-use clothes dryer.

The technical result consists in improving the technological characteristics (simplification of manufacturing of individual parts) of a folding wall-mounted clothes dryer while providing the functionality: providing the ability to hang things on a simple, compact, wall-mounted dryer with the functionality of folding (to a vertical grid position, with a downward movement from the unfolded position) and unfolding (to a horizontal grid position, with an upward movement from the folded position), as well as with the functionality of fastening small things, such as socks, insoles, scarves.

The technical result is achieved in that the wall-mounted clothes dryer is folding, containing a grate and two brackets intended for fastening to the wall, the grate and the brackets are connected by a hinge with the possibility of moving the grate from a vertical position to a horizontal one by moving from top to bottom, with fixation of the extreme position, wherein the grate is made in the form of two strips connected by crossbars, the ends of the strips facing the brackets are equipped with a hook, characterized in that the bracket is made in an L-shape from a metal plate bent at a right angle, contains a transverse part mating with the wall surface, equipped with holes, one longitudinal cantilever part at the end of which a longitudinal groove is made, intended for installing the axis of rotation of the grate, the longitudinal cantilever part is equipped with two bends made in the body of the plate at a right angle, the first bend is located below the groove and is intended for contact with the surface of the strip, the second bend is located closer to the transverse part of the bracket, and is intended for contact with the hook of the strip.

By making an L-shaped bracket from a metal plate bent at a right angle, with one longitudinal console part at the end of which a longitudinal groove is made, intended for installing the axis of rotation of the grate, where the longitudinal console part is equipped with two bends made in the body of the plate at a right angle, the functionality of heavier and more complex-to-manufacture dryers is ensured (JP 3735295) while reducing resource intensity (metal intensity, costs for performing bracket assembly operations).

The wall-mounted clothes dryer is designed for hanging clothes, for example, on balconies or loggias of residential buildings or in the bathroom, and is fixed to a support, which can be, for example, the wall of a house.

The wall-mounted clothes dryer is collapsible and comprises a grate 1 and two brackets 2 intended for fastening to a wall. The grate and the brackets are connected by a hinge with the possibility of moving the grate 1 from the extreme vertical position to the extreme horizontal position by movement (rotation relative to the axis) from top to bottom, with fixation of the extreme position. The grate 1 is made in the form of two strips 3 connected by crossbars 4. The ends of the strips 3 facing the brackets 2 are equipped with hooks 5. The bracket 2 is made of a metal plate bent at a right angle, comprises a transverse part 6 mating with the wall surface, equipped with holes 7, a longitudinal cantilever part 8 at the end of which a longitudinal groove 9 is made, intended for installing elements of the axis 10 of rotation of the grate 1. The longitudinal cantilever part 8 of the bracket 2 is equipped with two bends 11 and 12 made at a right angle. The first bend 11 is located below the groove 9 and is intended for contact with the surface of the bar 3. The second bend 12 is located closer to the transverse part 6 of the bracket 2, and is intended for contact with the hook 5 of the bar 3.

A special case of dryer implementation (Fig. 1; 2; 3; 4; 5; 6; 7).

Wall-mounted clothes dryer, folding, 720 bilmann. Dimensions when folded: 738×390×67 mm. Dimensions when unfolded: 738×384×57 mm. Product weight is 0.65 kg. The length of the drying cloth is 3.6 meters. Product material is aluminum/steel. Coating is polymer powder paint, black (RAL 9005). The set includes a dryer - 1 pc., universal hook - 2 pcs., dowel 6×50 - 4 pcs., for attaching brackets 2 to the wall.

The clothes dryer is collapsible and comprises a grate 1 and two brackets 2 intended for fastening to a wall. The grate and brackets are connected by a hinge with the ability to move the grate 1 from the extreme vertical position to the extreme horizontal position by movement (rotation relative to the axis) from top to bottom, with fixation of the extreme position. Bracket 2 comprises transverse part 6 mating with the wall surface, equipped with holes 7, longitudinal cantilever part 8 at the end of which a longitudinal groove 9 is made, intended for installing elements of the axis 10 of rotation of grating 1. Longitudinal cantilever part 8 of bracket 2 is equipped with two bends 11 and 12 made at a right angle. The first bend 11 is located below groove 9 and is intended for contact with the surface of strip 3. The second bend 12 is located closer to transverse part 6 of bracket 2, and is intended for contact with hook 5 of strip 3. In Fig. 6; 7 shows an L-shaped wall bracket 2 with two bends 11 and 12, which serve as stops for the bar 3 in the extreme positions, and a groove 9 for placing the axis 10 of rotation of the grate 1. The upper bend 12 serves to fix the dryer in the unfolded state, perpendicular to the wall, by hooking hooks 5 of the bars 3 of the movable grate 1 onto it, the lower bend 11 serves to fix the grate 1 in the folded state parallel to the wall. The fastening of the grid 1 to the wall brackets 2 is carried out by means of a hinged method by means of an axis 10, made in the form of a screw screwed into a plastic part installed in the tubular crossbar 4 of the grid 1. To move the grid 1 from a vertical position to a horizontal one, it is necessary to lift the grid 1 upwards and push it along the grooves 9 in the wall brackets 2 until the hooks 5 of the grid 1 engage with the bends 12 of the brackets 2, to fold the dryer, it is necessary to perform the same actions in reverse order. In this way, it is possible to place things on the dryer both in the folded and unfolded positions.

A particular case of the implementation of a dryer (Fig. 8). The Bilmann wall-mounted folding clothes dryer with a hanger contains four tubular crossbars 4 made of aluminum alloy, the crossbars have a diameter of 10 mm, the width of the grate 1 is 720 mm, the length is 390 mm, the height of the slats 3 is 20 mm. It is covered with powder paint. The grate 1 is equipped with a hanger 13 in the form of a comb made of plastic, fixed with latches on the crossbar 4. The folding clothes dryer contains a grate 1 and two brackets 2 intended for fastening to the wall. The grate and the brackets are connected by a hinge with the possibility of moving the grate 1 from the extreme vertical position to the extreme horizontal position by movement (rotation relative to the axis) from top to bottom, with fixation of the extreme position. The grate 1 is made in the form of two strips 3 connected by crossbars 4. The grate 1 contains four tubular crossbars 4 made of aluminum alloy, through one of which the axis of rotation of the grate passes. The ends of the strips 3 facing the brackets 2 are equipped with hooks 5. The bracket 2 is made of a metal plate bent at a right angle. Sheet steel 2 mm, GOST 19904-90/08 GOST 16523-97.

Bracket 2 comprises transverse part 6 mating with wall surface, equipped with holes 7, longitudinal cantilever part 8 at the end of which longitudinal groove 9 is made, intended for installation of elements of axis 10 of rotation of grid 1. Axis 10 of rotation is made in the form of two screws passing through slots of brackets in crossbar 4. Longitudinal cantilever part 8 of bracket 2 is equipped with two bends 11 and 12 made at right angles. First bend 11 is located below groove 9 and is intended for contact with surface of strip 3. Second bend 12 is located closer to transverse part 6 of bracket 2, and is intended for contact with hook 5 of strip 3. In Fig. 6; 7 shows an L-shaped wall bracket 2 with two bends 11 and 12, which serve as stops for the bar 3 in the extreme positions, and a groove 9 for placing the axis 10 of rotation of the grate 1. The upper bend 12 serves to fix the dryer in the unfolded state, perpendicular to the wall, by hooking hooks 5 of the bars 3 of the movable grate 1 onto it, the lower bend 11 serves to fix the grate 1 in the folded state parallel to the wall. The fastening of the grid 1 to the wall brackets 2 is carried out by means of a hinged method by means of an axis 10, made in the form of a screw screwed into a plastic part installed in the tubular crossbar 4 of the grid 1. To move the grid 1 from a vertical position to a horizontal one, it is necessary to lift the grid 1 upwards and push it along the grooves 9 in the wall brackets 2 until the hooks 5 of the grid 1 engage with the bends 12 of the brackets 2, to fold the dryer, it is necessary to perform the same actions in reverse order. In this way, it is possible to place things on the dryer both in the folded and unfolded positions.

The device is used as follows.

The disadvantage of known dryers is the presence of a large number of moving parts, when folding and unfolding, sliding, rotation, impacts occur, thereby reducing the convenience and reliability of operation. Often there is damage to the paintwork, and also there are unwanted sound effects, creaks and impacts during use. In addition, the disadvantage is the ability to hang things on the dryer in the folded state. The proposed dryer is compact, durable, multifunctional with quick folding and unfolding, as well as extended functionality for attaching things.

To mount the dryer to the wall (or other vertical surface), make four holes and attach two brackets 2 to the wall using dowels or screws or bolts.

Brackets 2 are made of sheet metal, as a single piece, with cutouts and bends 11 and 12, without the use of welding or any component parts. This allows to reduce manufacturing costs (manufacturing is carried out by stamping or cutting with subsequent formation of bends) and to increase the strength of the bracket, in comparison with composite or welded structures. The shape of bracket 2 ensures reliable contact with the wall and fixation of strips 3 in a given position, the grid 1 of the dryer holds the weight of the objects placed on it, does not dangle or creak when folded. Hooks 5, axis 10, groove 9 ensure a strong connection of the grid 1 with brackets 2.

To increase the volume of the drying surface, a plastic hanger 13 for drying small items (socks, scarves, etc.) can be fixed on the tubular crossbar 4 using latches. The plastic hanger 13 is made in the form of a comb, which allows several items to be fixed in the comb elements for drying, preventing them from slipping off the tubular crossbar 4.

The dryer is attached to a vertical surface using brackets 2, for this purpose brackets 2 are located on the free ends of planks 3. At the same time, the dryer does not require free space above it for operation, i.e. it can be installed under the ceiling or other horizontal surface, since the grille 1 folds down.

The grid 1 is moved from the vertical position to the horizontal one, holding it by the slats 3, having lifted the grid 1 upwards, the axis 10 is pushed along the grooves 9 in the wall brackets 2 until the hooks 5 of the slats 3 engage with the bends 12 of the brackets 2. To fold, the grid 1 is lifted so that the hooks 5 of the slats 3 disengage from the bends 12 of the brackets 2, the axis 10 is pushed along the grooves 9 in the opposite direction, and the grid 1 is lowered until the slats 3 stop against the bends 11 of the brackets 2. The grid 1, due to the length of the cantilever longitudinal part 8 and the location of the groove at the end of part 8, does not fit tightly to the wall in the vertical position, thus making it possible to place things on the dryer both in the folded and unfolded positions. To dry, hang the laundry on the free sections of the crossbars 4.

The device of the mechanism of rotation and fixation of the grate 1 made in the form of two brackets 2 with bends 11 and 12, grooves 9, axis 10 and strips 3 equipped with hooks 5, allows to get rid of unnecessary details of the structure. The mechanism of fixation of the grate in the horizontal position requires less metal for manufacturing. The minimum number of rubbing and moving parts eliminates jamming and distortions.

Hooks 5, axis 10 and bends 12 allow fixing the grid 1 in a horizontal position. To hold the hanger grid in a vertical position, there is no need to use any other vertical position lock, which reduces the metal consumption and simplifies the installation and operation of the hanger.

The grate 1 is moved from a horizontal to a vertical position by moving from top to bottom, which is convenient both for installation and during operation of the dryer, and allows saving space above the dryer to ensure the movement of the grate.

The dryer comprises two all-metal brackets 2 and a grid 1, wherein the grid 1 is made of two flat strips 3 and tubular crossbars 4 connected to the strips. The axis 10 is made in the form of two screws installed in the tubular crossbar 4. Such a design is easy and compact to assemble and disassemble, reduces manufacturing costs and the final cost for the consumer. The ability to dry items in any position is of particular value to a consumer with limited space for placing a dryer. In addition, such items of clothing as socks, insoles, scarves, etc., can be fixed on the dryer using a hanger 13.

Thus, the operational and technological characteristics of the folding wall-mounted clothes dryer are improved. It is possible to hang things on a simple, compact, wall-mounted dryer with the functionality of folding (into a vertical grid position, with a downward movement from the unfolded position) and unfolding (into a horizontal grid position, with an upward movement from the folded position), as well as with the functionality of fastening small things such as socks, insoles, scarves.

In the first version, crossbars 4 and planks 3 are connected with rivets that prevent rotation of crossbars 4.

At the same time, crossbars 4 and planks 3 connected by means of screws allow the dryer to be delivered to the end user in a maximally disassembled form, since assembly/disassembly can be carried out in normal home conditions. When delivered in an assembled form, the manufacturing process of the device is also simplified.

Thus, due to this technical solution, the range of compact clothes dryers has been expanded.

A wall-mounted clothes dryer, folding, containing a grate and two brackets intended for fastening to a wall, the grate and brackets are connected by a hinge with the ability to move the grate from a vertical position to a horizontal one by moving from top to bottom with fixation of the extreme position, wherein the grate is made in the form of two strips connected by crossbars, the ends of the strips facing the brackets are equipped with a hook, characterized in that the bracket is made in an L-shape from a metal plate bent at a right angle, contains a transverse part mating with the wall surface, equipped with holes, one longitudinal cantilever part, at the end of which a longitudinal groove is made, intended for installing the axis of rotation of the grate, the longitudinal cantilever part is equipped with two bends made in the body of the plate at a right angle, the first bend is located below the groove and is intended for contact with the surface of the strip, the second bend is located closer to the transverse part of the bracket and is intended for contact with the hook of the strip. 2. A wall-mounted dryer according to item 1, characterized in that the grate contains four tubular crossbars made of aluminum alloy. 3. A wall-mounted dryer according to item 1, characterized in that it is coated with powder paint. 4. A wall-mounted dryer according to item 1, characterized in that the crossbars have a diameter of 10 mm, the width of the grate is 720 mm, the length is 390 mm, and the height of the slats is 20 mm. 5. A wall-mounted dryer according to item 1, characterized in that the grate is equipped with a hanger in the form of a plastic comb, secured with latches on the crossbar. 6.
