Tie attachment device with imitation of a tie assembly consists of a body and a tie attachment assembly to the collar of a shirt, fixed on the body, the body is made solid in the form of a butterfly, consisting of a flat platform with convex wings symmetrically extending from it, the convexity of which faces the reverse side, and a pin located on the reverse side, equipped with a lock conical washer with notched elastic teeth, with the possibility of fastening the textile part of the tie, fastening unit is made in the form of a spring clamp, consisting of a flat spring located on the front side of the housing and having along the longitudinal axis two spring-loaded tabs along the edges and a tab in the middle, protruding beyond the body dimension, bent opposite and towards each other at right angles, forming with bent ends of tabs and tongue a slot of rectangular section, and a lever with the possibility of rotation in the vertical plane, having on one side a T-shaped shank placed in the groove, bent so that in the open state of the clamping the lever is in the vertical position, wherein the shank is also fixed in the spring-loaded groove in the vertical position, and in the closed state, on the contrary, it is fixed in the horizontal position with the possibility of clamping the fabric of the jacket collar between the second end of the lever and the pin.

EFFECT: simplifying the design of the device and improving the reliability of fastening the tie for elements of clothing with imitation of a tie knot of a classical shape due to repetition of the shape of the external frame of the device, wherein said attachment point is concealed under textile fabric and shirt fabric without changing user’s appearance.

Lever 3 is made in the form of a stainless steel plate, with the possibility of rotation in a vertical plane, and is bent in such a way that in the open fixed state of the clamp, it is located practically at a right angle to the flat platform of the housing 1 (in the example of Fig. 2 by three folds). One end of the lever 3 of the clamp - the shank has a T-shaped expanding shape so as to rest on the side elements 7 of the spring 4 and is inserted into the spring-loaded space of the groove formed by the ends 6 and 8 of the elements 5 and 7 of the flat spring 4. The second, rounded free end of the lever 3, has a through recess along the central axis of the lever 3 to reduce its weight. Then the same free end 12 is wrapped around the remaining right wing and threaded between the first and second layers of fabric in the front part of the fastening device, thus forming the imitation knot and the dress part of the tie (Fig. 7). The fabric is then re-fixed on the projection-pin 2 of the fastening device, which enters the hole in the blank similar to the first. Then a lock washer 15, made with teeth or notches, is put on the projection-pin 2 for more reliable fastening of the fabric on the projection-pin 2 (Fig. 8). From the wrong side of the imitation knot, the fabric is sewn in a special way, finally fixing the resulting shape of the knot.
