Изобретение относится к области медицины, в частности, к кардиологии и рефлексотерапии, и может быть использовано при лечении больных артериальной гипотензией. Гипотензия субъективно проявляется разнообразными ощущениями пониженного тонуса; объективно - низкими показателями артериального давления (АД): ниже 100/60 мм рт.ст. у людей до 25-30 лет и 105/65мм рт.ст. у людей старше 30 лет. Гипотензия артериальная подразделяется на физиологическую и патологическую. Физиологическая артериальная гипотензия характеризуется состоянием пониженного артериального давления при хорошем самочувствии и полном сохранении работоспособности. Патологическая артериальная гипотензия может быть острой и хронической. Острая гипотензия чаще всего является следствием острой сердечно-сосудистой недостаточности при шоке различного генеза. Хроническая гипотензия может быть первичной (эссенциальной) и вторичной (симптоматической). Первичную гипотензию артериальную, или гипотоническую болезнь, рассматривают как заболевание, вызванное первичными нарушениями динамического равновесия между возбудительным и тормозным процессами. Вторичная гипотензия артериальная обусловлена, как правило, инфекционными заболеваниями. При артериальной гипотензии наблюдаются симптомы: сниженное АД крови, слабость, головокружение, головная боль, повышенная утомляемость, сонливость, вялость, склонность к ортостатическим реакциям, обморокам, укачиванию, повышенная термочувствительность и барочувствительность. При острой артериальной гипотонии с целью быстрого повышения и стабилизации АД вводят кардиотоники и вазоконстрикторы, глюкокортикоиды, проводится инфузия солевых и коллоидных растворов. Однако гипотензивные препараты вызывают побочные эффекты в виде аллергических реакций, гипокалиемии, диспептических расстройств, депрессий, бессонницы, угнетающего влияния на центральную нервную систему.
