SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sports and recreation devices. Device can be used in virtually any environment (at home, in the countryside, on a commuter train and so forth). Physical training device consists of foot supports in the form of plastic tubes, inside of which there are elastic rods, wherein the ends of the elastic rods are connected to the handles by means of double cords. During operation of device, foot rests are put on feet, and handles are fixed with hands or fixed on straps of a knapsack. When imitating the exercise bicycle, a person makes circular movements of the legs, overcoming the resistance of the stretched elastic tie-rods.

EFFECT: low weight and dimensions make it possible to carry device in pocket, bag, knapsack, and so forth.

Description

The invention relates to physical culture and health devices. For the implementation of physical culture and health events, devices consisting of footrests, handles for hands and a mechanism for adjusting the load have found wide application.

The following can be considered as significant disadvantages of analogues:

- large dimensions of the product;

- large weight of the product;

- high cost of the product;

- the impossibility of carrying the product with you and using it in a variety of conditions (while walking, during Nordic walking, outdoors, at home, etc.).

The aim of the present invention is as follows:

- create a “pocket” design that you can always carry with you;

- the design must have small dimensions and weight;

- the market value of the product must be within 1 thousand rubles.

The essence of the proposed technical solution is explained by drawings and a description of the device’s operation.

The foot support is a plastic tube with an elastic traction inside. Both ends of the elastic traction are connected with a double cord to the handle. The double cord has several sections, which allows the handle to be fixed to one of the sections, and this allows the distance from the foot support to the handle to be changed.

The fastening of the double cord is carried out as follows: the double cord is threaded through the holes in the handles, and a specific section is put on the end of the handle and the cord is tightened.

Taking into account the above, it can be concluded that the claimed device has significant advantages over known analogues, namely:

- has small dimensions and weight, which allows you to carry the device with you (in your pocket, bag, etc.);

- the ability to use the device in any convenient place (sitting, standing, during normal walking, during Nordic walking, indoors, outdoors, etc.).

- the cost of the claimed device is tens of times less than the cost of a conventional exercise bike.

The introduction of the new device into practice does not cause any difficulties, since serially produced components (plastic tube, elastic traction, cord, carabiner) are used in its production.

A physical fitness and health device containing footrests and handles, characterized in that the footrests are two identical structures connected to each other by a carabiner, each of which consists of a plastic tube, inside which an elastic traction is placed, connected by its ends to a double cord, wherein the double cord has several sections and is designed with the possibility of fixing the handle on one of the sections, which provides the possibility of changing the distance from the footrests to the handle, while the footrests are put on the feet, and the handles are fixed with the fingers or fastened to the straps of the backpack.
